The h2n (h2n) Association is recruiting an Administrative and Financial Assistant (m/f) for Pemba to its staff.
The Administrative and Financial Assistant will be based in Pemba. He/she should oversee the administrative and financial activities of the office, providing support to programmatic and finance areas. The role includes leading the communication and execution of organizational and logistical activities related to project implementation. h2n is looking for a professional capable of providing analysis on processes, financial practices and contributing to the effective application of funds. The candidate must identify solutions to operational challenges and ensure a favorable and safe working environment, in accordance with Mozambican legislation and h2n policies. The position requires a creative, open and flexible mindset.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in program administration and logistical support in the context of NGOs.
- Ability to work autonomously, responsible individually and in a team;
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks and work under pressure;
- Knowledge of tax legislation;
- Be fluent in English and Portuguese.
